On July 3rd, 2023, German Economic Association’s and Independent Directors Association’s joint business forum took place in Hotel “Rooms Tbilisi”.

Among attendees were Ambassador of German Republic to Georgia, Ernst Peter Fischer and Independent Directors Association’s member, Tariel Gvalia. Doctor Sascha Ternes, Chairman of The German Economic Association’s Management Board opened the forum with his address. Ambassador of the German Republic to Georgia, Mr. Fischer offered his overview of the existing conditions. IDA’s board member, Mr. Tariel Gvalia presented on the topic of “Corporate Governance and Effective Supervisory Board – success formula for business.” Presentations were followed by Q&A and an informal networking session.
