„დამოუკიდებელ დირექტორთა გაერთიანების“ გამგეობის წევრმა ტარიელ გვალიამ მონაწილეობა მიიღო „საერთაშორისო საფინანსო კორპორაციის“ (IFC) მიერ გამართულ სემინარში. სემინარი უკრაინაში, ქალაქ კიევში 2016 წლის 17-18 მაისს გაიმართა.
სემინარი, რომლის ძირითადი თემა იყო „მოლაპარაკებებისა და დავების წარმართვა დირექტორთა საბჭოში“, ჩატარდა „საერთაშორისო საფინანსო კორპორაციის“ პროექტის ფარგლებში. პროექტი მიზნად ისახავს კორპორაციული მმართველობის პრაქტიკის გაუმჯობესებას ევროპისა და ცენტრალური აზიის ქვეყნებში.
დირექტორთა საბჭოს საქმიანობისთვის დამახასიათებელია აზრთა სხვადასხვაობა და კამათიც. ამიტომ კომპანიების ინტერესებშია, რომ მსგავსი სიტუაციები სწრაფად და ეფექტიანად გადაჭრას.
