საქართველოს ეროვნულმა ბანკმა საჯარო ფასიანი ქაღალდების ემიტენტებისათვის კორპორაციული მართვის კიდექსი დაამტკიცა.

The code’s main objective is to increase corporate responsibility, encourage active communication among stakeholders, as well as promote transparency and investor rights protection, for these issuers. On one hand, it will help these issuers achieve their long term needs; on the other hand, it will increase investor trust and play a significant role in attracting local and international investments.

Above mentioned Code of Corporate Governance for listed issuers reflects both general requirements and accounting standards. Code is based on approach “Carry out or explain and provide an alternative”, which requires disclosure of various approaches and airms to promote best practices in Corporate Governance.

კორპორაციული მართვის კოდექსი 2022 წლის პირველი იანვრიდან შევა ძალაში. კოდექსით განსაზღვრულ ანგარიშგებებს საწარმოები 2023 წლის წლიური ანგარიშის წარდგენის თარიღისთვის წარმოადგენენ.
