Independent Directors Association board member Mr. Tariel Gvalia took part in the training organized by the International Finance Corporation (IFC). The workshop took place in Ukraine, Kiev, on the 17-18th May 2016.

It is designed to help directors understand board conflict and conflict styles, and it covers difficult scenarios that directors often encounter

Interactive training course is developed by the IFC in conjunction with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).

The seminar was attended by the Ukrainian business organisations’ representatives.
